Private Parties

What is a private party?
A private party is a great opportunity to get together with your friends, make some meals, and have some fun! Basically, we think of it as a guilt-free night out. If you have a minimum of 12 registered guests, including yourself, you can have the whole place to yourselves! Here's how it works:

► Your guests select their own entrees and meal package and pay individually.
► At your party, you can enjoy our music or bring your iPod to hook up to our system.
► Enjoy our special, complimentary, sweet and savory snacks.
► All party guests will receive a free, delicious dessert.
► As the organizer, for every 12 meals your guests order, you will get a free meal!
► Have fun with friends while making dinner for your family.

How do I set up a private party?
If you are interested in hosting a private party at HomeCooked, please contact us at 610.647.1002 or and include your name, contact information and the date and time you'd like to schedule your party. We'll get back to you within 24 hours. You can get more information on our parties page.

Can I manage my private party from your website?
Yes, with our software, managing your party is very easy. Once you have contacted us to set up the time and date of your party, you can log in to the Party Manager and create an email list of your party guests. At any time, you can send them an invitation email that will notify guests of the date, time and password for your party. You can also use the Party Manager to see who has accepted the invitation and who hasn't. You can send reminder emails to those who haven't signed up yet.

How do I send out email invitations?
Once you are in the Party Manager you can choose to send custom messages to individual invitees, a select few or all of them at once.

Do I need a password for private parties?
A password is necessary to RSVP to a private party. The password is assigned by the party host. If you received an e-mail invitation, the password should have been included in the message. If you do not know your password, please contact your party host or .

How do I schedule a party on a time/date that is not on the calendar?
You can schedule a private party at almost any time you desire, as long as it does not interfere with an existing session on the calendar, and you give us enough notice (usually 3 days at the least). We do not have specific times for private parties already listed on the Calendar as we wanted to create a totally flexible time table for our customer parties.

How do I reschedule or cancel a private party?
Parties can only be rescheduled by the party host before anyone has RSVP'ed to the party. To cancel or reschedule a party under any other circumstances, contact us or call us at 610.647.1002.
