We understand the challenges of following a gluten-free diet. Our gluten-free substitutes (many of which are organic) are kept in their original packaging and we sanitize our scoops and measuring equipment prior to use. Our chicken stock, vegetable stock, tomato products and soy-sauce are exclusively gluten-free for all of our customers. We value feedback and ideas from our gluten-free customers. | Chicken Piccata with Rice | A Light & Fit Entree (fewer than 300 calories per serving). Just like the classic dish created in Italy.
