HomeCooked is an independent meal assembly kitchen in Paoli, PA, right across Valley Road from the Paoli Train Station.
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals (minimum age of 16) who would be
interested in part-time work.

- Part-time dishwasher/food prep (weekdays and weeknights)

Kitchen Manager/ Food Prep Leader $11-$13/hour
The Kitchen Manager/Food Prep Leader is responsible for making sure all of the food is prepped for our orders. Primary duties include: cleaning meats, reinforcing food safety to prep team, managing inventory, organizing the kitchen as well as the cooler/freezer, maintaining recipes, working with store manager to create lists for prep team, receiving inventory orders, assisting with placing orders and sourcing ingredients. Culinary degree or prior commercial kitchen experience is required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Session assistants: $9/hour
Session assistants help the manager with all pre/post/during session
operations as well as to go orders. They answer customer questions, and
generally assist them throughout their time at HomeCooked. Session assistant
duties include slicing, dicing, measuring, and trimming the ingredients that
will go into meals, stocking food, assembling to go meals, cleaning surfaces,
removing dirty dishes & utensils, some dishwashing, handling/moving boxes,
etc. An interest in food is necessary, and kitchen experience is a plus,
though not a requirement.
Dishwasher/prep assistant $8/hour
Dishwashers will be responsible for cleanliness management and maintaining the
utmost in sanitary conditions at HomeCooked. Cleaning dishes, station breakdown, light food prep, cleaning floors and walls, managing trash, and handling/moving boxes, are all included in the duties. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
