How to set up a
Private Party
Party Guests: To RSVP to a party and place your order, click on the "Order Now" Calendar Icon in the upper right corner of the site.
Everything’s more fun with friends. HomeCooked is no exception. Private sessions for groups of 9 or more are just the way to make the most out of a gathering with friends. Relax with a bottle of wine during evening private parties (BYOB only). And take advantage of our outstanding host incentives.
Hosting a private party is rewarding in more ways than one. Not only do you get to have a great time with friends and family, taste samples of our delicious entrees, and take home a month of meals, but as the party host you'll earn credits towards the purchase of HomeCooked Meals (in store assembly).
For every 12 full sized meals (or 24 half size meals) your guests purchase you will get a gift card for $20! There is no ceiling on the amount you can earn! The more orders your guests place the more store credit you earn!
Book your party today! Space fills up quickly. If you don't see a convenient time on the calendar, give us a call, we'll be happy to discuss setting up a new session for your group.

Ladies Night Out – Are we good at multitasking or what? This is truly a guilt-free night out.
Mom's Clubs – You’ll be preparing delicious meals for your family while having fun with your fellow Moms. Bring your gossip and your wine.
Baby Showers – How about showering a mom-to-be with the peace of mind of knowing dinner is done. Come with a group and you can each make an extra meal for the mom-to-be.
Wedding Showers – Host a bridal shower and send the wedded couple home with a freezer full of dinners to share by candlelight.
Book Clubs – Come discuss your latest read with your friends while rotating from station to station. Each guest chooses and pays for their own meals.
Date Night – You won’t believe how much fun it is to cook with your spouse or significant other. Turn a chore into a social event.
Parent/Child – It is fun and enlightening to cook with your child. Gather a bunch of your friends together with their kids and have a blast. Children must be 9+ years old.
Corporate Team Building Events – Corporate sessions are a great way for co-workers to get to know each other outside of work. They can also serve to promote teamwork in a fun way, or reward your team for a job well done.

Call (610.647.1002) or email us () to reserve a time for your private party. We will also establish the party password, which your party guests will need this to join the party.
As the Party Host you will log in to the Party Manager and create an email list of your party guests. At any time, you can send them an invitation email that will notify guests of the date, time and password for your party!
Once guests have received your customized invitation email, they can then go to the Calendar armed with their password and choose from our current month's selection of wonderful HomeCooked Meals. You will choose your own meals by selecting your party in the Calendar as well.
You can check the Party Manager at any time to see who has RSVP'd to your party.
If you see that
someone hasn't signed up yet, you can resend the invitation.
If your party does not have at least 9 people signed up a week prior to your date we will open your party to the public to fill the remaining spots.
