Cabernet Beef

  • Put on gloves

  • Into bag of beef place the following ingredients:

    • 1 c. pearl onions

    • 1 tsp. beef bouillon

    • 1 bay leaf

    • 1 tsp garlic

    • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch

    • ¼ tsp. salt

    • ¼ tsp. black pepper

    • 1 c. red wine

    • ½ c. broth

  • Remove and discard gloves

  • Seal bag, carefully squeezing out excess air

    • Feel free to double bag for added security

  • Label and store in your section of the cooler

  • Wash hands and proceed to the next station!
