Eastern Shore Chicken over Brown Rice: now with Crabmeat option*

New for summer '23: make an already delicious dish even more special! Our chicken breasts can now be topped with nice lumps of crabmeat in addition to our popular made from scratch Eastern shore topping! 

Our hand-trimmed chicken breasts are topped with our homemade creamy blend of Old Bay(TM) seasoning, parmesan cheese, a medley of herbs and a touch of butter. All served atop a bed of brown rice. Mild spice level. So convenient, cook as many or as few servings as you would like. One of our most requested meals. Gluten-free for everyone.  Packed in a pan.

• Hands on time: 0 minutes
  Cooking time: 30-35 minutes

• Can be cooked from frozen or thawed (recommended).

  Preheat oven to 375F.

  For foil packets: If thawed, carefully open the pack and use the foil to line a baking sheet. For frozen, place the closed foil package on a baking sheet, seam side facing up. 

  For pan: remove and set aside lid and place pan on baking sheet for support. Cover pan with foil.

  Bake in oven for 30-33 mins if thawed (45 mins if frozen) or until chicken is cooked through and an internal temp of 165F.
