This special recipe is ONLY available on our Thanksgiving and Holiday menus. Ultra-creamy mashed potatoes are made from scratch in our kitchen (seeking potato peeling volunteers!) No Thanksgiving is complete without them. Easily transferred to your own dish. Gluten-free and vegetarian. Just warm in the microwave or oven and enjoy.
Note: these potatoes are delicious and will last through Thanksgiving weekend as leftovers however they do not freeze well.

Cooking time: Microwave 2-4 mins. Oven: 25 minutes (must be transferred to oven-safe dish).
Remove lid and place on top at an angle to allow for steam to escape. Warm in microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir and return for another 1 minute (rectangle black pan) or 2 minutes (round circular pan). If not sufficiently warm, heat in 30 second increments as desired. Can also be warmed in oven (approx. 25 mins) if transferred to a greased oven-safe dish. Stir well before serving. Whip and add warmed milk or butter to increase creaminess.
