Thaw completely in refrigerator.
Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill to a minimum internal temp of 145°F for rare and 160°F for medium well. Cooking time is approx. 5-7 minutes per side, depending on your desired temperature. Remove meat from grill and let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Slice in thin slices on a diagonal, against the grain.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Empty contents of bag into a baking pan (pan with sides). Bake to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F for rare and 160°F for medium well. Cooking time is approx. 12-18 minutes, start checking after 12 minutes. Remove from oven and let meat rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Slice on a diagonal, against the grain.
Serve with ciabatta bread (warming is suggested).
