Our most popular holiday item and this year it's available for the entire month of November and December up through 12/24. Mashed sweet potatoes get a hint of holiday spices, a splash of vanilla and bourbon (cooks off) and are covered with your choice of 1) praline pretzel topping (contains nuts and gluten) or 2) mini marshmallows (no gluten) or both toppings! Easily transferred to your own dish for heating & serving.
Large serves 8-10, Small Serves 4-5. Topping comes on the side. Transfer the sweet potato mix to your desired pan and then add the topping.
note: unless you are picking up within 2 days of Thanksgiving or Christmas your side dish will likely be frozen. It will taste great but will require an overnight in the fridge to thaw before baking.

Cooking time: 50-65 minutes
Store in refrigerator (or thaw if frozen).
If you prefer, transfer into your own well greased serving dish. Set topping aside. Preheat oven to 350F. Place pan on a baking sheet for stability. Bake uncovered for 40 mins (small) or 50 mins (large rect pan) then add desired topping(s) and return to oven for 10-15 mins or until casserole is set (check the middle) and a bit puffy and 165F. To brown marshmallows, place under the broiler 1-2 mins or until your desired appearance. Let rest at least 5 mins. before serving.
