Southern Slow-Cooker BBQ Chicken with Le Bus Rolls*

Perfect for a party or an easy dinner. The secret to this yummy dish is our HomeCooked made-from-scratch BBQ sauce. Boneless and skinless chicken breasts cook in your slow cooker (or on low on your stovetop) with our homemade sauce, onions and peppers until the meat is ultra tender. Then just shred it up and pile it on 6 Le Bus rolls (or for Le Bus mini size rolls, request in comments) rolls. Add a slice of cheese and enjoy! Sauce and meat are (GF), not rolls. 4-6 size only.

  Cooking time: 4-6 hours

• Thaw in refrigerator for best results.
  
  Slow Cooker Directions: Empty contents of bag into slow cooker and cook covered on low heat for 4-6 hours (making sure chicken reaches 165F). Skim off visible fat if desired. Using two forks, pull the chicken apart into shreds.
  
  Stove Directions: Empty contents of bag into a sauce pan with lid and cook covered over low heat for 2-3 hours (the longer the better for more flavor and tenderness, and internal temp should reach 165F-chicken). Skim off visible fat if desired. Using two forks, pull the chicken apart into shreds.
  
  To make sandwiches: Pile onto sliced rolls making sure not to pick up too much liquid, add a slice of cheese if desired. Perfect with coleslaw and baked beans.
