We're topping our mild and filets of tilapia with shrimp and then smothering them in our homemade creamy blend of (Old Bay(TM)(just a sprinkling), parmesan cheese, a medley of herbs and some butter). Can be cooked from frozen or thawed (recommended) Preheat oven to 375F.
Foil Packets—Flounder: Place the closed foil packet on a cookie sheet for support. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes. Cook to 145F.
For pan—Chicken: remove lid and place on baking sheet for support. Cover lightly (tent) with aluminum foil
Bake in oven for 30-35 mins if thawed (40-45 if frozen) or until cooked through: chicken 165F.
