Our hand-trimmed, chicken breasts free of antibiotics and hormones are stuffed with a creamy mix of spinach and artichoke hearts. We top each breast with a dusting of crushed corn tortilla chips (so it's reminiscent of client favorite spinach dip w/chips!). Tortilla chips are gluten-free OR can be omitted entirely. Add a salad and dinner's done! (pan, oven)
From Thawed: 25-30 mins.
Thaw as many breasts as you would like to cook.
Preheat oven to 375F. Pan: Place pan on baking sheet for added stability when baking.Packets: Unwrap each packet and place on sprayed cookie sheet or in a sprayed baking dish (you can also use the foil wrap to line the pan, as the filling may leak when cooking).
Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through & 165F.
Serve with green beans.
