Hand-trimmed lean pork tenderloin with a mix of sweet and spice. Raspberry melds with the kick of chipotle puree (moderate spice level, can be omitted) for a treat for your tastebuds. Hands on time: 2 minutes to warm glaze
Cooking time: 25-30 minutes
Thaw completely in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 400F. Place all contents of bag into a pan with sides which has been sprayed thoroughly with cooking spray. Bake for 20 mins and then turn pork over. Baste with glaze. Cook for an additional 10-15 mins or until temperature reaches 155 degrees. Let pork sit for 5-10 mins before slicing. Slice into ¼” slices.
Serving suggestion: Serve with egg noodles and green beans.
