Cooking time: 25-35 minutes
Store in freezer until 24-48 hours prior to baking. Store in refrigerator for thawing.
Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking/cookie sheet with foil or parchment. using a large spatula place brie on foil/parchment. Spray with nonstick spray or brush with a light flavored oil (i.e. canola). Bake uncovered until pastry is golden brown, approximately 25 minutes. Important: Let the brie sit for at least 15 minutes before slicing (so the melted brie doesn't ooze out!). Serve with crackers and fruit.
