Simply, delicious and easy to prepare. This flavorful flank steak grills or bakes up quickly. Light (and gluten free) soy sauce, ginger, garlic and a hint of sesame oil will have everyone asking for more. Side of non-GMO/organic edamame come alongside. Edamame may be in the pod or outside the pod. Gluten-free. Oven or grill.
Hands on time: 10-14 minutes if grilling.
Cooking time: 10-14 minutes on grill, 15-20 minutes in oven, plus a few minutes resting time.
Thaw completely in refrigerator. Grill: Lightly spray or oil grill grates. Preheat grill to med-high heat. Remove steak from bag. Grill to a minimum temp. of 145F. Cooking time is 5-7 minutes per side, depending on desired doneness, start checking after 5 mins. Remove from grill and let rest 5-10 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Empty contents of bag into a baking pan with sides. Bake to a min. temperature of 145F. Cooking time is approx. 15-20 minutes depending on your desired doneness, check after 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest 5-10 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain.
