Baked Brie in Puff Pastry with Raspberry Praline Topping

A round of silky smooth brie cheese is covered in a tasty raspberry praline topping and then wrapped up in flaky puff pastry dough. Sure to impress your guests, just bake, serve & enjoy. Serves 8-10 (19 oz of brie). Entertaining made easy! Can be made without nuts.

• Cooking time: 25-35 minutes

• Store in freezer until 24-48 hours prior to baking. Store in refrigerator for thawing. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking/cookie sheet with foil or parchment. using a large spatula place brie on foil/parchment. Spray with nonstick spray or brush with a light flavored oil (i.e. canola). Bake uncovered until pastry is golden brown, approximately 25 minutes. Important: Let the brie sit for at least 15 minutes before slicing (so the melted brie doesn't ooze out!). Serve with crackers and fruit.
