Thaw shrimp skewers and Bangin' Sauce. If frozen, you can run cold water over to thaw quickly. Once thawed, remove shrimp from bag and brush lightly with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill: Preheat a clean grill to medium high heat. Place skewers on grill and cook, turning once until shrimp are done about 3-4 minutes per side. Shrimp should reach an internal temp of 145F and be opaque. Remove from heat and immediately brush or spread sauce over both sides of shrimp. Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Place on a cookie sheet that has been lined with foil and spray with cooking oil. Bake 10-12 minutes until shrimp reach a temp. of 145F, approx 10-12 mins.
