Big Bleu Stuffed Pork Chops with Wine Sauce and Broccoli

Our hand-trimmed pork chops are stuffed with a flavorful mushroom, herb and bleu cheese mix. Elegant enough for company, but easy and tasty enough for a weeknight dinner! A light wine sauce (alcohol cooked off) included and aside of broccoli is included. Individually wrapped for convenience. Can be put in pan upon request. (Bag, Oven)

  Cooking time: 20 minutes

• Thaw completely in refrigerator.
  Preheat oven to 375F. Put the foil packets on a cookie sheet for support. Open the foil so the chops are exposed. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until cooked through and an internal temperature of 155F for pork or 165F for chicken breasts.
  Wine Sauce: Pour contents of sauce bag into a small pan over med. heat. Stir until heated through 165F & drizzle over entrée.
