A unique twist on the classic chicken caesar salad. Our hand-trimmed chicken breasts (free of antibiotics/hormones) are coated in a light caesar marinade and then topped with toasted panko (crunchy breadcrumbs) and parmesan mix. Gluten-free breadcrumbs available. For a lower carb option, we're happy to omit the breadcrumbs.
Serve this chicken alone or on top of salad. A side of Caesar dipping sauce and parmesan broccoli comes on the side. Roasted potatoes is a great additional side.
Prep time: no prep!
Thaw chicken and remove plastic cups from pan and refrigerate. Keep broccoli frozen. Preheat oven to 375F. Remove lid from pan and place the pan on a cookie sheet for support. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through and an internal temp. of 165F. Let rest for 10 minutes. Serve with chilled dipping sauce, and parmesan broccoli. Parmesan Broccoli: Follow cooking directions on broccoli label. Sprinkle broccoli with shredded parmesan, and salt and pepper, if desired.
