Our always popular flank steak is treated to a spice rub (mild), cooks up on the grill (or oven) and then is topped with our own bleu cheese compound butter. The butter comes on the side and the steak is delicious plain too. Low carb, low sugar and gluten free. A side of ciabatta bread (regular or multigrain) OR a side of our veggies (most likely our veggie medley). This meal is gluten free with the exception of the ciabatta bread. Grill or oven.

Cook time: 10-14 minutes plus a few minutes for meat to rest
Thaw completely in refrigerator. Grill: Lightly spray or oil grill grates. Preheat grill to med-high heat. Remove steak from bag. Grill to a minimum temp. of 145F. Cooking time is 5-7 minutes per side, depending on desired doneness, start checking after 5 mins. Remove from grill and let rest 5-10 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Empty contents of bag into a baking pan with sides. Bake to a min. temperature of 145F . Cooking time is approx. 15-20 minutes depending on your desired doneness, check after 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest 5-10 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain. Serve with a Bleu Cheese Butter (on top of steak) or on ciabatta bread.
