Easy and heart healthy. Tender, light and mild flounder filets are topped with our mild lemon compound butter, toasted heart healthy sliced almonds and some fresh lemon zest. Each filet is served over a bed of green beans and individually wrapped for convenience. Cook as many packets as you would like at once and clean up is minimal. Add some roasted potatoes or a salad on the side and dinner's done. Oven.
