Cooking time: 20-25 minutes
Thaw completely in refrigerator. Preheat a large skillet over med-high heat and add 1-2 Tbsp of oil. Empty all contents of the chicken and veggie bag (set shrimp & rice aside) into skillet. Cook uncovered stirring occasionally for 15 mins. Add shrimp and rice and cook for 5-6 more minutes until the chicken & shrimp are cooked through and the veggies are tender. Chicken should reach 165F and Shrimp should reach 145F. For a nice presentation place on a platter and serve family style. Add a salad and bread and dinner’s done.
