Lime Zested Salmon with Asian Quinoa Pilaf

Our delicious salmon filets this month are nestled on top of super healthy yet delicious red quinoa pilaf (GF and GMO free) and topped with some fresh lime zest and an ultra thin layer of butter (can be omitted for dairy-free). The pilaf contains red quinoa, carrots, edamame, brown rice and is seasoned lightly with lemongrass and parsley. Individual foil packets. 3 filets per half order, 6 per full order. (oven).
