It's delicious, healthy and comes in a pan. This entree combines the flavors of grainy dijon mustard along with real maple syrup to form a light glaze on our hand-trimmed chicken breasts. The chicken is served over a long grain & wild rice pilaf that includes a medley of dried fruit. Add a salad or green veggie and dinner's done. (GF) (pan, oven).

Cooking time: 35-40 minutes
Thaw completely for best results. Remove sauce cup(s) & set aside.
Preheat oven to 375F. Place pan on a cookie sheet for support and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake chicken for 35 mins. Remove from oven and remove foil cover from pan and baste the chicken with the sauce from the cup. Return the pan to the oven and continue cooking for 5 minutes longer or until cooked through and an internal temperature of 165F. Enjoy with a salad or green vegetable.
