Breakfast deliciousness-- perfect for a holiday or away from home morning or any breakfast/brunch that you want to make a bit more special! Thick slices of texas toast are soaked in a french toast custard and then layered in the pan. Just bake in the oven and once it's out of the oven flip it over onto your serving dish to reveal the ooey gooey caramel goodness that's on the top. Opt for raisins or nuts (on the side) if you would like! Full size serves 8-10. Half serves 4-5. (pan, oven)

Thaw in refrigerator for best results. Preheat oven to 375F.
Bake uncovered on a cookie sheet for 30-35 minutes (round pan) or 40-45 minutes (rectangular pan) until lightly browned and cooked through. Let sit for 10 minutes on wire cooling rack or trivet. To serve, either invert/flip the pan onto a cookie sheet or platter, or slice into individual servings and then flip/ invert the serving before putting it on a plate. If you requested nuts and/or raisins sprinkle them on top when serving. Add a side of fresh fruit and coffee and you’re done!
