Sweet Chile Salmon over Basmati or Brown Rice Pilaf


A new asian-inspired (dairy-free and gluten-free) addition to our baked salmon portfolio. Our wild salmon filets are brushed with our slightly sweet chili glaze with hints of garlic and ginger. Each filet rests upon a bed of edamame and basmati rice pilaf and is topped with some green onions as a garnish. The salmon serves as the perfect canvas for this bright combination of flavors.
