Our flounder filets are topped with a creamy homemade blend of Old Bay(TM) seasoning, parmesan cheese, a medley of herbs and a touch of butter. All served atop a bed of brown rice. Mild spice level. Can be cooked from frozen or thawed (recommended).
Preheat oven to 375F.
For foil packets: If thawed, carefully open the pack and use the foil to line a baking sheet. For frozen, place the closed foil package on a baking sheet, seam side facing up.
For pan: remove and set aside lid and place pan on baking sheet for support. Cover pan with foil.
Bake in oven for 30-33 mins if thawed (45 mins if frozen) or until chicken is cooked through and an internal temp of 165F.
