French Green Beans (Organic) with Shallot Butter*

Organic for 2025! We blanch fresh thin French green beans then top with our house-made compound shallot butter. Extra sauteed shallots come for sprinkling throughout your beans.  A slightly sophisticated and delicious way to eat your green vegetables. Gluten-free.  Approximately 4-5 servings/lb.  Reheat in skillet or in your microwave. Organic when we can source them.

• Cooking time: 2-4 minutes

• Keep refrigerated. Stovetop: Sauté beans and butter in a skillet until warmed. Microwave: Remove lid and place it on top at an angle to allow steam to escape. Heat on high 1min 30sec (rectangle package) or 2min 30sec (circular pan) or until your desired cooking level. Add salt and pepper as desired.
