Back by customer demand! Our always popular mac & cheese is getting a makeover this month. We're putting it in a baking pan, switching out mini shells for the elbow macaroni, adding broccoli florets (for some veggies) and providing buttered breadcrumbs so you can have some crunch with your creamy mac and cheese. Delicious and easy. Regular pasta only, no multigrain option for this dish in April. (pan, oven)

Cooking time: 35-45 minutes
Cook from thawed. Preheat oven to 350F.
Remove lid and place pan on a cookie sheet for support.
Empty the breadcrumbs into a bowl. Melt the butter and mix with the breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the buttered breadcrumbs on top of mac and cheese.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes (2-3 size, round pan) OR 35-40 minutes (4-6 rectangular pan) until 165F and bubbling.
Enjoy with a salad.
