Great for a yummy weekend or special brunch. We slice and lightly saute succulent bananas with maple syrup, butter and brown sugar (similar to bananas foster!) and then layer them between two pieces of thick french toast. Just bake and then flip the pan onto your serving platter so the maple syrup, butter and brown sugar mix is visible for a nice presentation. The whole family can enjoy this hearty and delicious breakfast. Half size serves 4-5. Full size serves 8-10. (pan, oven)
