Thaw completely in fridge. Pre-heat the oven to 400F.
Remove the cheese bag, tortillas, and the chicken/veggie bag from the aluminum pan. Spray pan with cooking spray. Empty the bag of chicken and peppers into the sprayed pan. Evenly distribute them around so they cook evenly. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165F) and the veggies are tender.
Serve on tortillas (provided) with cheese (provided) and any other favorite toppings. It’s a nice touch to warm the tortillas first in the microwave or in the oven for a few minutes.
