Can also thaw in microwave (remove from foil).
Stovetop: Preheat a skillet (preferably non-stick) over medium heat. Melt 1 Tbsp butter in skillet. Add as many quesadillas (unwrapped) as will fit. Cook 3-4 minutes until golden on underside, then flip and cook another 3-4 minutes until golden and cheese is melted. Watch carefully and adjust heat up/down as necessary. To cook multiple batches, add additional butter to pan.
Oven: Preheat to 350F. Unwrap quesadillas and place the alum foil on a cookie sheet. Spray the tortillas lightly with pan spray (to help them get more golden). Bake for 10-12 mins or until heated through. For softer quesadillas sprinkle tortillas with a few drops of water and bake covered in foil. Slice with a pizza cutter.
