Prep Time: 2 minutes to put on stove.
Cook Time: Stovetop 12-15 minutes
Thaw chicken and sauce in refrigerator. Preheat a large skillet, preferably non-stick, over medium heat. Add ½ Tbsp butter & ½ Tbsp oil to skillet. When oil/butter begin to sizzle add chicken. Cook until cooked through (165F), about 3-4 mins per side. Remove chicken to a plate. Carefully wipe pan with paper towel. Return pan to stove and pour sauce into it, stirring until sauce is slightly reduced and thickened, about 5 mins. Return chicken to pan along with any juices from plate. Stir until just warmed through, about 1 minute. Serve with green beans with almonds & buttered noodles.
