-Our hormone & antibiotic-free chicken breasts are stuffed with our springtime bread stuffing: a mix of dried apricots, dried cranberries, pears, celery, onions, carrots, herbs, chicken stock and bread that our team slices into cubes. 3 chicken breasts for 2-3 serving, 6 chicken breasts for 4-6 serving size.
-A light marsala wine sauce accompanies to drizzle on top of the chicken and extra for your potatoes.
-Organic mixed greens salad with candied pecans, dried apricots, dried cranberries & house-made cranberry vinaigrette. Salad components are separate until you mix them.
-Creamy mashed potatoes
-Your choice of french green beans almondine or a mixed veggie medley with orange carrots, yellow carrots, green beans & broccoli.
-Artisan rolls with cinnamon honey butter.
Hands on time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking time: chicken 35-40 minutes
Thaw completely in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 375F.
Pan: Remove lid and sauce, set aside. Place pan on baking sheet for support.
Packets: Unwrap each packet and place on sprayed cookie sheet or in a baking dish (you can also use the foil wrap to line the pan, as some of the filling may leak when cooking).
Bake for 35-40 mins until cooked through and 165F. Transfer to a platter and top with warm wine sauce.
Wine Sauce: Heat in a saucepan until warm. For a richer sauce add a tablespoon of butter. If you prefer a thicker sauce, whisk in a tablespoon of cornstarch prior to heating and bring to a boil prior to serving.
