We combine our hand-trimmed chunks of chicken (white meat) along with bell peppers, red onions and pineapple. A Hawaiian inspired sauce has hints of garlic and ginger along with a pineapple juice base and marinates and coats everything. Serve over cooked basmati, brown rice or cauliflower rice. Thaw completely in fridge.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400F. Remove the lid from the pan and place pan on a cookie sheet for support. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165F. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Warm up rice and scoop chicken and veggies on top.
Serve with a salad.
