We combine roasted red peppers and basil with part-skim ricotta, part-skim mozzarella, and italian spices. We roll them up and top with our signature marinara for an easy (cook from frozen) dinner. A garlic ciabatta bread with garlic butter comes on the side. 4 rolls/half order, 8 rolls/full order. (oven)
Cooking Time Frozen: 50-60 minutes
Cooking time Thawed: 25-30 minutes
Cook from thawed or frozen.
Thawed: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove lid. Cover with foil and bake on a cookie sheet (for stability) for 20-25 mins. until cooked through. Remove foil and continue baking uncovered for 5 more minutes. Internal temp should reach 165F.
Frozen: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove lid. Cover with foil and bake on a cookie sheet (for stability) for 45-55 mins. Large size may require 5-10 additional mins. Remove foil and continue baking uncovered for 5 more mins to melt cheese.
