Our delicious flounder filets this month are nestled on top of super healthy yet delicious red quinoa pilaf (GF and GMO free) and topped with some fresh lime zest and an ultra thin layer of butter (can be omitted). The pilaf contains fire roasted veggies seasoned with chipotle and lime. Individual foil packets. 3 filets per half order, 6 per full order. (oven).
