Cook Time: 25-35 minutes (oven) 8-12 minutes (grill)
Thaw completely in fridge.
Grill: Heat a clean and oiled grill to medium-high heat. Place chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes per side until cooked to an internal temp. of 165F. While cooking, baste/brush each chicken breast with the lime marinade. Adding a few sliced limes makes a nice presentation.
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 375F. Place breasts in a pan with sides, adding all the liquid from the bag and sauce cup. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until an internal temp. of 165F.
Rice Pilaf: Place rice in microwaveable dish and heat at 1 minute intervals until hot. Add butter, salt and pepper if desired.
