New! A twist on the classic pecan pie. It has all the gooey, crunchy goodness of a pecan pie with a chewy element the oatmeal adds. We add a touch of honey for extra special flavor. We supply everything: a 9" crust (GF available), a pan, the filling (we do the mixing for you), pecans, the oatmeal (GF available) and the simple baking directions. No mixing bowl required. Can be made the day before serving. Cool completely and refrigerate.
42-48 minute bake time, serve in pan provided (it can't be transferred to another pie plate). Place it on a cake stand for a nice presentation.

Keep crust frozen until ready to bake. Thaw filling in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 400F. Remove pie shell from freezer. Place it on a cookie/baking sheet. Place oats/pecans in the bottom of the crust and then pour syrupy filling over nuts. Bake for 12 mins. Reduce oven temp to 325F and bake for 30-35 mins. Filling should be fairly set, a bit of a jiggle is ok. Let it cool completely. Store at room temp if serving within a few hours. Can be made a day ahead and stored in refrigerator. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream if you like it rich!
