  Cook Time: 6-8 minutes

• Thaw completely in refrigerator.
  
  >Stovetop: Add 1-2 Tbsp. of butter or oil to pan, heat on medium. Place chicken in skillet and cook until lightly browned and cooked through (165 degrees), about 2-3 minutes per side. The chicken cooks quickly since it is thin so keep a close eye on it so it doesn’t get over cooked. Serve with green beans. Sliced oranges make a nice presentation.
