Client favorite Chicken & Mushroom Wellingtons are back for Valentine's Day!
Chunks of cooked antibiotic-free chicken and mushrooms are enveloped in a creamy boursin sauce and wrapped in puff pastry.
-2 Chicken Wellington Pastries
-Side of french green beans with shallot butter and almonds
-2 multigrain le bus rolls with cinnamon honey butter.
-organic mixed greens salad with house-made raspberry vinaigrette, candied pecans, dried cranberries and feta.
-4 hand-dipped Belgian chocolate covered long-stemmed strawberries for dessert. 2 milk chocolate, 2 dark chocolate.
Additional strawberries can be purchased a la carte on the menu. There's no such thing as too many chocolate strawberries!

All salad ingredients come packaged individually. If you prefer all milk chocolate or all dark chocolate for your strawberries there is a possibility of customization at pick up or delivery, please note in comments. Customization is not guaranteed but we will do our best.

Cooking time: 20-25 minutes
Pan: Remove pastries and place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or covered with sprayed aluminum foil. Foil Packets: Open them and use the foil to line a baking sheet. Make sure that the seam side of the pastry is down before cooking. Spray the entire pastry with cooking spray. Cook uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165F and pastry is golden. Remove pastries using a spatula and transfer to your own serving dishes. Serve with a side of fresh veggies or a simple salad. The filling is creamy, but if you would like to make a sauce to drizzle on top— over med/high heat on the stove warm 1 cup of cream (or half and half) and 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard (for full), 1/2 cup cream and 1 Tbsp Dijon (for half orders). Whisk until mixed well and season with salt, pepper and any herbs you would like, such as thyme. Bon Appetit!
