Grill: Preheat cleaned and oiled grill to medium high heat. Remove filets from marinade and place on grill. Cook 5-6 minutes per side or until an internal temperature reaches 155F. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with orange vinaigrette sauce.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400F. Place all contents of bag into a pan with sides which has been sprayed thoroughly with cooking spray. Bake for 10 mins and then turn pork over. Cook for an additional 10-15 mins or until temperature reaches 155 degrees. Let pork sit for 5 minutes. Serve with orange vinaigrette.
Stovetop: In a large skillet, heat 1 Tbsp oil over medium heat. Add pork filets to skillet and cook, turning occasionally, until an internal temp. reaches 155F, 7-9 minutes per side. Reduce heat if pork browns too quickly. Remove from pan and let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with orange vinaigrette.
