Pretzel-Crusted Chicken Tenders

Antibiotic and hormone-free all white meat chicken tenders are coated with a Honey Dijon glaze and then dipped in crushed pretzels, sure to be a crowd favorite. Serve as an entree or cut up and serve as an appetizer. They cook from frozen in under 25 minutes. Side of fries or veggies.  Available gluten free (which are also dairy-free) too.

  Cooking time: 20 minutes

• Keep frozen. Preheat oven to 400F.
  
  Place chicken tenders on a foil lined cookie sheet sprayed with oil/non-stick spray. Bake 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and an internal temperature reads 165F. Remove and serve with your favorite dipping sauce. We recommend honey mustard.
  
  Fries: Start baking fries at the same time as chicken. Place fries in a single layer on a sprayed cookie sheet. Cook for 25-30 mins., flipping once until browned. For crispier fries increase oven temp to 450F (after chicken is removed) until desire textured.
