Pumpkin French Toast

Baked french toast with a pumpkin flair! Thick slices of bread are soaked in a french toast custard flavored with the spices and flavors of pumpkin pie. A sweet breakfast/brunch treat that will delight your family and friends. Just bake in the oven and serve. Full size serves 8-10. Half serves 4-5. (pan, oven)

  Cooking time: 30-45 minutes

• Thaw in refrigerator for best results. Preheat oven to 375F.
  
  Bake uncovered on a cookie sheet for 30-35 minutes (round pan) or 40-45 minutes (rectangular pan) until lightly browned and cooked through. Let sit for 10 minutes on wire cooling rack or trivet. To serve, either invert/flip the pan onto a cookie sheet or platter, or slice into individual servings and then flip/ invert the serving before putting it on a plate. Serve with maple syrup if desired.
  
  Add a side of fresh fruit and coffee and you’re done!
