Quinoa Sweet Potato Chili with Black Beans


A hearty vegetarian (and vegan!) chili with quinoa, black beans, and chunks of sweet potatoes. Enjoyed by meat eaters and plant-based eaters alike! Fully cooked, just heat and enjoy. A great lunch or light dinner. Packed in a quart container (4 cups).
