Raspberry, Brie & Almond in Phyllo Bundles or Bites (1 dozen)

A delicious and special appetizer that's great for your entertaining needs. 12 individual phyllo "bundles" contain creamy french brie, raspberry preserves and finely slivered almonds. They bake in just 5 minutes.  Note: we may have to substitute raspberry brie "bites" rather than bundles, same amount just in more of a log shape. So delicious.

• Hands on time: 0
  Cooking time: Oven: 5-6 minutes

• Store in freezer, then let thaw for 10 minutes while oven preheats.  Preheat oven to 400F. 

  Remove from pan and place on greased baking sheet (or lined with foil & sprayed with non-stick spray), with at least 1” around each one. Bake uncovered until pastry is golden, approximately 5-6 mins.  .
