A special "Feast of the Seven Fishes" stew for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve or any special night at the holidays. The seven fishes included in this tomato based stew are mussels, shrimp (tail off), clams, flounder, calamari, scallops and crabmeat. The stew comes together quickly on the stovetop in approximately 35 minutes and is light and flavorful. It can be served alone (we recommend having some crusty bread on the side) or over pasta such as linguini. If you are serving it over pasta it can stretch further-- i.e. you can get 3 servings rather than 2.
For 6 servings, select "1" 2 servings and "1" 4 servings.
For 8 servings, select "2" 4 servings.
