Sweet Pineapple Stuffing

Sweet pineapple stuffing is back for its once a year appearance on our menu. This delicious side (and border-line dessert) is a great accompaniment for ham, turkey or chicken and is especially popular for Easter dinner. It comes in one size, a 9" pan which serves 4-6 unless you have huge (and hungry!) pineapple stuffing fans.       

You can transfer the stuffing to your own dish prior to baking. Available in the Spring/Easter season timeframe only but it freezes very well as many of our clients purchase multiples to enjoy throughout the year.

  Cooking time: 45-55 minutes

• Thaw in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350F. If you prefer to transfer to your own dish do so prior to baking. If using the aluminum pan place it on a cookie sheet for stability. Bake in oven: 45-55 minutes (small round pan) until golden brown. Let the stuffing rest for 15 minutes prior to serving.
