It's back! Sweet pineapple stuffing is back for its once a year appearance on our menu. This delicious side (and border-line dessert) is a great accompaniment for ham, turkey or chicken and is especially popular for Easter dinner. It comes in one size, a 9" pan which serves 6 unless you have huge (and hungry!) pineapple stuffing fans.
You can transfer the stuffing to your own dish prior to baking. Available through April 20th only but it freezes very well as many of our clients purchase multiples to enjoy throughout the year.

Cooking time: 45-55 minutes
Thaw in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350F. If you prefer to transfer to your own dish do so prior to baking. If using the aluminum pan place it on a cookie sheet for stability. Bake in oven: 45-55 minutes (small round pan) until golden brown. Let the stuffing rest for 15 minutes prior to serving.
